Chelsea Venable CFS is the founder of Golden Food Tech, LLC. Her passion for the science of food started at an early age and led her to achieve both a Bachelor and Master of Sciences in Food Science at California State University, Fresno. For over ten years, Chelsea has held positions in quality assurance, operations management, and research and development. The product types and applications have varied from fresh stone fruit evaluation, to hot filled products (jams, salsas, sauces, syrups, and dips), processed cheese, greek yogurt, and retorted products (RTD beverages and dips). Through her experiences working in production facilities and assisting in plant and equipment startups, Chelsea is skilled in leading cross-functional teams. Her background allows her to bring a unique skill set to each project as she guides it from initial concept through commercialization.
